I was instrumental in the development of the Full Sail Student Forums for the university. Seeing that online students were not connecting, I created a forum for us to do so, and due to its popularity one of our professors created an official school version for all students to use.
Two other students and I created the first Game Design club for online students, concentrating on networking in the industry. The club was called "Let's Get Connected" and held regular meetings for a year before being disbanded as being too similar to another club.
It started as an innocent (albeit geeky) conversation on twitter, and it morphed into a monster of its own, introducing new players to the concepts of ttrpg. With the world of Mithra as a setting, gaming began.
